Bloom has been the commercial roofing partner for Troy’s Somerset Collection Shopping Mall for nearly two decades. In 1995, Bloom was selected to facilitate the commercial roof replacement for the north wing of the mall – a new addition to the Somerset campus. After completing the construction with great success, Bloom was selected by Somerset’s management again in 2012 to design a comprehensive custom roof system for the south wing.
