At Bloom Roofing, our ongoing training and development of our roofing technicians and high internal standards for our employees are two of the many reasons for our success over the years.
One example of this is our Certified Roof Repair Technician Program, which was designed to improve the roofing knowledge, expertise, and customer service skills of all of our technicians.
The certification program is structured on 15 roof-related topics, including roofing material types, equipment training, safety best practices, technology training, emergency procedures, and more. Ultimately, the program's curriculum was designed to help Bloom's technicians master all aspects of a roofing repair program, including customer service and communication.
The program is comprised of three sequential levels of certification: Repair Technician, Senior Repair Technician, and Master Repair Technician. To graduate to the next level, a technician must have earned credit for all of the training and tenure requirements of that level. This progressive system is designed to help ensure technicians advance their professional knowledge and career development at Bloom Roofing.
While Repair Technicians are expected to be able to perform safe and effective repairs across all major roof types, Senior Repair Technicians are expected to master customer relationship management in addition to all repair skills. Our highest level of certification, Master Repair Technician, requires at least eight years of experience at Bloom Roofing, ensuring that all of our Master Repair Technicians can handle any aspect of a complete repair program.
Though such programs are not required by the commercial roofing industry, our internal expectations of our employees have helped us become one of the most effective commercial roofing companies in the midwest. This belief in quality helps us hire and retain some of the best and brightest roofing technicians in Michigan.
